One of Piet Mondrian’s most iconic paintings becomes a new limited edition print in our landmark first collaboration with The Mondrian/Holtzman Trust.
This artwork was originally painted in 1921, part of the groundbreaking Composition series. Reduced to black lines, rectangles and a restrained palette of primary colours, it marks Mondrian's transition toward the pure, radical abstraction of his Neo-Plastic style – and stands as one of the defining examples of geometric abstraction in early 20th-century painting.
This limited edition of 300 has been created in close collaboration with The Estate of Piet Mondrian and features a bespoke authentication stamp inspired by the distinctive signature style Mondrian used during this period.
