Access to our site is free of charge. It is your responsibility to make any and all arrangements necessary in order to access our site. We may alter, suspend or discontinue our site, or any part of it, at any time and without notice. We will not be liable to you in any way if our site, or any part of it, is unavailable at any time and for any period.

Any personal information provided in your Account will be collected, used, and held in accordance with your rights and our obligations under the law, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

If you wish to close your Account, you may do so at any time. Closing your Account will result in the removal of your information. Closing your Account will also remove access to any areas of our site requiring an Account for access.

If we have your contact details, we may from time to time send you important notices by email. Such notices may relate to matters including, but not limited to, service changes and changes to these Terms and Conditions.

We will never send you marketing emails of any kind without your express consent. If you do give such consent, you may opt out at any time. Any and all marketing emails sent by us include an unsubscribe link. If you opt out of receiving emails from us at any time, it may take up to 14 business days for your new preferences to take effect.

Terms and conditions for the Customer feedback survey gift card draws.

Promoter

The promoter is Avant Arte B.V., Abcouderstraatweg 130-B, 1105 AA, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Eligibility

The prize draw is open to customers aged 18 or over who have completed a customer feedback survey sent from Avant Arte B.V, submitted during the relevant draw period. 

How to enter

Entry is automatic upon full completion of a customer feedback survey. No additional action is required. One entry is permitted per survey.

Draw periods and structure

Prize draws are run on a quarterly basis. Where multiple customer feedback surveys offering different gift card values are active within the same quarter, separate prize draws will be conducted for each survey or incentive type. Entries will only be included in the draw associated with the survey through which they entered.

Prize

One digital gift card will be awarded per prize draw. The value of the gift card will be clearly stated in the relevant survey invitation at the time of entry. The gift card:

- Will be sent to the email address used for the original order
- Does not require activation and can be used immediately
- Is valid for two years from the date of issue
- Can be redeemed against any artwork or product available on avantarte.com
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, or extended

Winner selection and notification

For each prize draw, one winner will be selected at random within 14 days of the end of the relevant draw period. The winner will be notified by email, and the digital gift card will be issued at the same time and sent in a separate email to the email address used for the original survey submission.

The gift card will be valid for two years from the date of issue. The promoter is not responsible if the winner does not see or access the notification or gift card email, and the validity period cannot be extended.

Data protection

Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the prize draws and in accordance with the promoter’s Privacy Policy. Survey responses are not judged and do not affect the chance of winning.

General

The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draws where necessary. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Nothing on our site constitutes advice on which you should rely. It is provided for general information purposes only.

To the fullest extent permissible by law, we accept no liability to any user for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of (or inability to use) our site or the use of or reliance upon any content included on our site.

We exercise all reasonable skill and care to ensure that our site is free from viruses and other malware. However, we accept no liability for any loss or damage resulting from a virus or other malware, a distributed denial of service attack, or other harmful material or event that may adversely affect your hardware, software, data or other material that occurs as a result of your use of our site or any other site referred to on our site.

You may only use our site in a manner that is lawful. You must not use our site in any way, or for any purpose, that is unlawful or fraudulent.
